Knight Lake, Alberta

Glacier / Waterton International Park -- Traveling eastward, the Rockies tumble abruptly into the plains, a vast expanse of grass that turn brown under the relentless summer sun.  This small pond serves as an oasis for the local wildlife: mostly mule deer and coyote, but also bighorns, bears and wildcats.

Photo is taken with the Canon Elan, 35-80mm zoom lens, scanned ISO200 film on Kodak PhotoCD.
