Bjørnfjell, Norway

Arctic Spring -- Yes, it looked and felt cold. Upon a closer look, however, one sees that the ice is melting, and green buds are returning to the barren tree branches. This rainy yet bright scene near the E10 at the Swedish-Norwegian border is recorded on the 28th of May, at around 21:00 (9:00 pm).

This photo is taken with the Nikon D100 digital SLR with the Nikon 20mm f/2.8 D lens.
